Winters Productions has a true dedication and commitment to those they work with. I have had authors write content for my website and literally get back to me in weeks but NEVER have I had a content writer get back to me in a matter of a day or two! Regardless of the content (from pregnancy to Alzheimer's disease) Winters Productions is able to get it done, but more importantly, done RIGHT. The first article they wrote for our team got the approval of all three members of our Scientific Advisory Board on the first review (NO REVISIONS) and our Board consists of Professors (Psychiatry) from Yale University!!! Winters Productions is fantastic and I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work with you! Thanks again for the "royal" treatment and excellence in customer care! ~ Roger Wesley.

Working with Winters Productions has been my pleasure. They went above and beyond my expectations which were already high. Before I was a client they gave me some very useful feedback on my web site. Other businesses seemed to want to make a quick buck on any little bit of feedback but Winters Productions not only gave some feedback, the feedback given was very good and practical. This made my decision to choose them over other businesses easier. In my search for a company that could transform my old and tired marketing/sales content, they were the obvious choice because the way I see it, they were able to sell their services. If you can't sell your own services, how can you sell someone else's? I will definitely consider Winters Productions for future projects and recommend them without reservation. ~ Jason Moore, President, Model Pages International, Modelpages.tv.

You are a wonderful writer. You really did my story justice. In a matter of minutes - Winters Productions was able to put my thoughts into words and convey a press release that has depth, heart and soul. I was so impressed I showed everyone in the office the draft. ~ Debbie Cenci, Executive Director of Medical Device Council of New Jersey

Winters Productions, we appreciate your timeliness and professionalism that you showed while working on our project. We were very pleased with the Terms of Service Agreement on the very first draft. You thought of things that we didn't think of and you did a wonderful job. We look forward to working with you in the future. ~ Tyler Speer, Kincer Consulting Inc.

So if you have a particular question you'd like answered or you'd like us to help you with your next project feel free to contact us directly by CLICKING HERE.

What services do you offer?

The short answer? Everything. Any requirements you have for your business marketing wise – be it copy or design – you'll find here.

What do you charge for services?

It depends. With so many services you can choose from, each project is different. Our pricing is based on word count or a per project basis. That way you know the price with no surprises. Our motto is Big Business Marketing at Small Business Prices. What that means is we're not cheap writers and artists, but we are affordable to people like you who are serious about your company or project.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's fine. You're not expert writers or artists we are. If you tell us about your project and what you want to see, we'll work with you to establish what you require. For example, some web pages might be 250 words (for SEO coverage) while others might be 1000+ because you require more information or description. But contact us and tell us about your project for a firm quote.

Do you do private publicity services?

Yes. Rates vary depending on what you need. It can include particular areas or everything a publicist does in order to get promotion for your business Press Releases, Web Copy, Ad Copy, contacting media sources, etc. If you let us know your needs, you'll get a quote that matches your requirements.

Can I call you?

Absolutely, but email is quicker. We spend so much time writing that if we answered the phone every time it rang we'd never meet a deadline, and deadlines are important to us. But we're happy to take your call if you email us in advance and we set up a time together.

Will you call me?

If you're in the continental U.S. certainly, but we do schedule conversations. Plus, scheduled calls helps us both avoid playing phone tag with each other.

What is your turn around time?

It varies, but on average you'll see copy within 24-72 hours after the deposit has been paid. Of course, if you want 20 articles we can't do that in two days because we don't resell clients' work. Your copy is built from scratch. But we can do 20 original articles in a week. So turn around really depends on the project scope.

Do you allow revisions?

Yes. We allow two (2) rewrites of any written material or (2) mock ups of a graphic project. Although we've never had to go beyond two revisions on a project, if we do, then it's $25 for each list of writing changes and $50 for graphics changes you request.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by check, money order or PayPal (for a 5% up-charge) for credit card orders. For new clients, our terms are net 14 business days after completion. For returning clients, it's net 30.

Questions to Consider Before Hiring a Copywriting Firm or Design Firm

Now that we've answered some of your questions we'd like you to consider a few of ours as you search for a creative copywriter or designer...

Did the firm you contacted respond within 24 hours of your inquire?

If not, how long do you think it will take to get your project once they have 'money in hand?' Our turnaround time is within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, from when you first contact us to getting a response. If you don't get a response, that means we didn't get your email so please resend it.

How long have they been in business?

With time comes experience and with experience comes knowledge. You can learn many things in school, but the greatest lessons we learn in life (and in business) are from practical experience. If a company isn't willing to tell you how long they've been around, think twice. Winters Productions has existed since March 2000, and our founder has been writing for over 20 years. Collectively our staff and partners have nearly a century of experience you can trust.

Do they write professionally or are they a moonlighter?

Moonlighting is great for particular fields. But professional writers make their living, like Winters Productions does, with their work. The only moonlighters we employ are our editors and they all have experience in editing professionally in one area or another. Plus, everyone at Winters Productions has at least 10 years or more experience in their field.

Did they quote from start to finish or was it an estimated hourly rate of how much they THINK it will cost?

When you're an experienced, professional writer and artist you know how much time a project will take. That's why we're comfortable with providing flat-fee quotes. For you, the benefit is you're not surprised by supply fees, editing fees, phone fees or hourly charges that can't be proven. What we quote is what you pay unless the scope of the project changes at your request.

Did You Contact an American Copywriter or Artist?

While 'outsourcing' was popular for awhile, many companies learned the hard way that paying 'pennies on the dollar' for marketing materials comes with a bigger price. We've heard the horror stories from clients that tried to outsource overseas, but ended up with more headaches than content. They've told us everything from signed contracts that meant nothing to overseas outsourcing firms to places that didn't provide the content at all. Some 'lucky' clients did get their content...in broken English with no understanding of the culture in the U.S. It ended up costing them time and money with nothing genuine to show for it.

So yes, we cost more, but we're a North American company that knows the North American market and makes a point to only hire 'local workers', all of which have done some type of 'national accounts' work or who have years of experience in their field. With our firm, you'll not only be working with a 'local copywriting and marketing company' you'll also have a payment process that's more secure. Plus, as an added bonus, you're supporting the very same people who stimulate the national economy, which benefits you in the end.

Do they want all the cash up front?

Let's say you need a new roof. You pay your contractor a deposit and he bills the rest when it's on your house. Our terms are the same  one-half is billed up front and the rest is billed upon the first drafts. On larger jobs we usually break it down into thirds and fourths. Be wary of any contractor that wants the entire funds in advance, whether you're building a house or a marketing plan.
